Assistant Site Manager Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Location: Cambridgeshire Job type: Permanent Client Overview My client has a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking, enthusiastic and driven Assistant Site Manager to join there fast expanding residential team in around the Cambridgeshire area. As the assistant site manager, you will supervise the construction site and help run construction project with the site management team. You will help the site management team in developing practical work schedules and procuring construction supplies. Responsibilities & Qualifications Reporting to the site manager or other senior project managers as required. Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management, are met. Monitoring labour, building material, and equipment budgets Supervising on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior project managers. Reporting any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates. Procuring materials, labour, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers. Preparing work schedules and sequencing onsite tasks. Collaborating with other construction project stakeholders as required. Ensuring that industry safety regulations are followed.
