Quantity Surveyor

Clearfield are working with a client based in the Southwest who are looking for a experienced Quantity Surveyor on a full time, permanent basis. They specialize in Civil Engineering, Ground Works & Remediation works. Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE Candidate Specification: - Good knowledge of NEC Construction contracts. - Minimum of 3 Year's relevant experience. - The ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills. - Relevant health & safety training certificate (CSCS, SMSTS or H&S Awareness) - Demonstrable experience in managing of groundworks and civils related projects or works. Our client are happy for the successful candidate to start on a freelance basis with a view of taking on the role permanent within 3 Months.
