Required background: Housebuilding We are supporting a growing Main Contractor whose core business is Affordable Housing projects (both low rise traditional and apartment schemes) across NW London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The firm is ahead of growth targets and in a particularly strong position at present with a variety of schemes at preconstruction / tender stage and a healthy order book of Design & Build projects for this year. Key criteria: * Proven experience of running multiple jobs concurrently * Track record of £5m to £15m+ project sizes * Demonstrable new build D&B resi experience * Opportunity to bring Project Managers and Site Management teams with you
