Currently looking for an Electrician in the Liverpool area to work for a Social Housing Client, Working on day to days maintenance & voids PURPOSE OF ROLE: Working on responsive repairs and day to day repairs and voidsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS: NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures) C&G 2382- 18 Requirements for Electrical Installations 18th Edition C&G 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing or equivalent Qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and mathsEXPERIENCE & SKILLS: A full driving licence Experience of completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports on Domestic Premises An understanding of Responsive Maintenance preferably within the Social housing Sector Knowledge of construction Health, safety and Welfare legislation Use of full range of Microsoft Office Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure Attention to detail Good written and verbal communication Effective liaison with staff/other stakeholders to give information/find information/resolve problems Organisation and ability to time-manage work load Able to deliver a high standard of customer servicePERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: An ability to work in uncertainty Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative Professional and value led with integrity, inclusivity and respect for diversity A Positive outlook and capable of Prioritising tasks.
