Mid-Senior Architectural Technician /Technologist

We are on the lookout for a Mid-Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a well-established, award winning, Practice based in Middlesbrough. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mid-Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist to develop their career further within an ambitious, growing team. The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will be working within the Healthcare/Residential sector so it would be beneficial to have some experience within either sector but it is not essential. It is essential that the successful individual has a good knowledge of Revit. This opportunity is within a very fast paced environment so it would require someone that is highly motivated and has an excellent work ethic to work within the company. The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist would need to ability to work on a number of projects at any one time and manage their time as well as their team's time accordingly. Mid-Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Overview Working as a member of the Healthcare/Residential sector within the company Delivering projects to deadline Maintaining client contacts Delivering Technical Packages throughout the projects Working within Revit Daily Responsible for the production and co-ordination of technical drawings Assist in the preparation of drawings through all RIBA Work Stages Liaise with other members of the design team and clients Attend meetings and site visits as and when required, liaise with internal and outside bodies including contractors and other disciplines to provide technical advice, instruction, and reports, to achieve positive outcomes Mid-Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements Relevant UK work experience Living within a commutable distance of Middlesbrough Proficient with Revit Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic Good technical knowledge/skills Mid-Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Remuneration Competitive salary (£35,000 - £45,000 DOE) Pension Holiday; 25 Days + Bank Holidays Other Benefits To Be Discussed At Interview Stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
