This Practice are passionate about creating detailed designs that improve the built environment. The Part 3 Architect will be working on a range of projects from Education, Residential, Retail and Leisure, with project values that can be £50 million +.
The most successful Project Architect will be a strong team player and will have Revit experience as this is essential for the role, the individual will be ARB Registered and will have experience within the industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a Part 3 Architect to work in a wide range of sectors and work with a team who pride themselves on high quality design. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have a minimum of 5 years' postgraduate experience and be fully proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup. The companies' projects can range from small housing extensions through to large-scale commercial buildings, so the most successful applicant will have a diverse background. This is a progressive opportunity which offers an exciting work load in a fast paced environment for a hard working Technologist.
Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview
Work on a variety of exciting projects, including Residential, Housing, Student Accommodation, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.
Assist with running and overseeing projects
Use of AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop on a daily basis
Work collaboratively as well as independently
Interpret briefs, work to deadlines and be adaptable whilst working to strict budgets
Produce technical details
Run some projects from Inception through to completion
Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
Experience of running projects
Relevant degree is essential
Experience working on high rise, student accommodation projects is ideal due to the current workload
Competency with Microsoft office
5+ years' post qualification experience
Very good communication skills required over the telephone and face to face
