PART 2 ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT/ ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST LOCATION: SE9 ELTHAM, LONDON / HYBRID & REMOTE WORK SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE Hunter Mason are working on the behalf of a reputable client based in the Eltham are of London. The company itself are a multi-disciplinary construction company that offer a range of services for their array of clientele. You’ll work on a wide range of projects including housing, education, care, health, regeneration, and commercial sectors. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate. If you have the following experience, I would love to have a chat with you; * Experience of residential housing, all RIBA stages and associated standards and design codes * Experience of working in a BIM environment * Experience within education and commercial sectors & working with housing associations and local authorities * Ability to work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team To be a successful candidate in this role you will…. * Be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM * Have additional skills such as AutoCAD, 3D modelling and rendering, proficiency in Sketch Up, Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator are an advantage * Have a great knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Approved Documents, Current Planning Policy and Legislation * Hold a valid driving licence for use in the UK If this opportunity sounds like something of interest, please email Oliver (@) huntermasonconsulting .com
