If you have the following experience, I would love to have a chat with you; * Leading internal and external teams and running projects * Traditional and D&B projects * Experience within the education and residential sector * Contract Administration * Fee proposals, PQQs/ Tenders and Business Generation * Chairing project team meetings * Worked in a front-facing role looking after clients and contractors * Strong technical experience and be confident in producing working drawings To be a successful candidate in this role you will…. * Be fully chartered with at least 5 years experience. * Be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM * Have additional skills such as AutoCAD, 3D modelling and rendering, proficiency in Sketch Up, Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator are an advantage * Have a great knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Approved Documents, Current Planning Policy and Legislation * Hold a valid driving licence for use in the UK
