Maintenance Electrician

Electrician Salary: £35,360 Location: Fareham A leading maintenance and construction company in the south is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team. The role is based in Fareham and will involve working on void properties for our client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of electrical installations, electrical test and inspections and be able to carry out reactive repairs and fault finding. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct electrical test and inspections * Undertake reactive repairs and fault finding * Carry out full domestic electrical rewiring * Install electrical systems in kitchens and bathrooms * Install domestic heating systems Qualifications & Requirements: * City & Guilds 2382 17th Edition Electrical Regulations (required) * City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent (required) * 18th Edition Electrical Regulations * NVQ 3 in electrical installation * Full current driving licence * DBS check is required before commencement of role This is a full-time position with a company van provided.
