Maintenance Supervisor

Lead Maintenance Supervisor Location: Woking Salary: £43k Our client, a leading company in maintenance and construction, is currently looking for a Lead Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of supervisors and ensuring that all maintenance and repair projects are completed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a team of supervisors and oversee all maintenance and repair projects * Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget * Maintain a safe working environment for all team members * Ensure that all Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed * Train and develop team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to complete their tasks * Conduct regular performance evaluations for all team members * Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress * Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders Qualifications: * NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade (Essential) * SSSTS Health and Safety (Desirable) * IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (Essential) Experience: * 2+ years' experience of supervising maintenance repairs/project works (Essential) * 3+ years line management experience (Essential) * 5+ years relevant trade experience (Desirable) Skills and Attributes: * Excellent leadership and management skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills * Strong attention to detail and quality assurance If you are a motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking for a new challenge, please apply now with your CV or call Adam on (phone number removed) Only applicants who meet the required qualifications and experience will be considered for this role
