Information on the role * Generate initial budget costs * Prepare bills of quantities, cost plans, tender documents, and works packages * Analyse contracts and advise on the selection of the most suitable contracts * Assess contract valuations/claims * Analyse and submit contract variations * Generate, negotiate, and analyse Sub-Contractor schedules, claims, and variations * Report to the Managing Director, General Manager, and Contracts Manager * Advise the senior management team on legal, commercial, and financial matters What we’d like from you * Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent experience * Proven experience in Residential & Commercial works * Exceptional written and spoken English skills * Self-motivated personality * Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude * Organisation and time management skills What’s in it for you * Company pension * 28 days holiday * Competitive salary If this opportunity sounds like something of interest, please email Oliver (@) huntermasonconsulting .com
