Senior Site Engineer - Civils

A privately owned Principal Contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Site Engineer to help them delivery a newly won Civil Engineering project, with a value of around 15M. The project has been won with a brand-new Client who are looking to invest around 700M in their operation over the next 5 years. This will offer you a pipeline of varied projects in a fixed location and a great platform to further develop your career. As a privately owned Contractor, they are a very personable employer and always look to prioritise people over profit. They chase profit, not turnover, and you will be very well looked after. Key Duties Setting-out from engineers’ drawings, site surveys, as-built drawings Reading and interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc Management of subcontractors/general workforce on site Liaise with client’s representatives and Design Team members as appropriate Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards Ensure work is carried out to the highest of quality standards Monitoring and recording of materials on site Record keeping and reporting To be successful in this position, you will: Hold a relevant Third Level Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Land Surveying Have Excellent IT Skills Around years of experience working on construction sites Experience in Highways, Groundworks or Aviation Salary would be between 50,000 - 55,000, plus you would receive a company van, bonus, pension and holiday Like to hear more?
