Caretaker / General Maintenance Technician

Hi All, Fusion People are currently looking for 4 Handyman operatives / Maintenance operatives to work with one of our nationwide Tier 1 clients. Contract type - Temporary Duration - 3 months (continuous work on other sites) Tickets Needed - CSCS card (preferably skilled card) Tickets Desirable - PASMA/MEWP/IPASF and fall arrest trained experience - Previous caretaker works Location - Sheffield S1 Working hours - 40 hours per week (potential to work additional hours) Start time - 0800AM (8 hour day) Salary - £11.00ph PAYE / Umbrella £14.46 / CIS N/A Brief description of what my client is looking for - Health & Safety Awareness is a must, be competent on a tablet, plumbing, M & E Experience with dealing with Stat PPM, Weekly Bell Tests, Tap Temps, Lighting Desirable but not essential - City & Guilds (Level 2-3 ) Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing and Fabric General role - Undertake general maintenance works, including furniture building and furniture removals, grounds and site clearance, and keeping areas clean and tidy generally. Planned and reactive works. Work individually or as part of a team to complete repair and maintenance tasks.
