Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor- Civils and Rail

PSR Solutions is working with a civil engineering contractor, to recruit a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor. The project is on a Rail scheme in Liverpool. Rail or extensive Civils experience required. Duties Include: Work autonomously. With no supervision Procurement of sub-contract packages. Agreement of the valuation of variations Pricing Compensation Events Checking of contractors interim and final account applications and preparation of associated payments Effective communication with the project team NEC form of contract knowledge Rate: Limited company contract status available. Outside of IR35 indication. Subject to assessment
