Senior Quantity Surveyor

Henry Martin are delighted to be partnering with a Leading main contractor, to assist them in their search for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor in south London. This Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the chance to work for a well-established industry leader, who specialise in delivering residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across London and the South East. Our client has a proven track record of delivering successful projects on-time and within budget. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the on-site delivery team, to ensure programme and budgets are being met. The project is a £70M new build residential scheme, currently at piling stage. Our client has an annual turnover in excess of £100M, with plans to grow. The successful senior quantity surveyor will join a well-established company which has been able to embrace an excellent work, life balance within their teams and are known for treating their employees with respect.
