Senior Quantity Surveyor

A new client to Sphere, are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with immediate effect. Your new company are a large national Main Contractor, who specialise in new build Residential and Accommodation schemes across the UK. At present, they have secured circa £500M of live and pipeline workload, within Bristol and surrounding areas, due to be developed over the next 4 years. This is also likely to increase, following a busy period of tendering. The end product of this development will be a large mid rise Residential area, compromising of 295 build to rent homes. These will be split by 4X blocks of flats (up to 9 storeys), 1X block of flats (13, 14 &16 storeys) and 21 affordable homes. Good experience and examples of work history, with Tier 1 organisations would be required. As well as a proven track record across schemes of a similar size and sector.
