Project Controls Assistant

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Project Controls Assistant to join the growing project controls department of a dynamic business that provide green solutions to the green solutions to the green industry. The Project Controls Assistant will report into the Head of Planning & Project Controls and will help support developing and maintaining the integrated project schedules using MS Project. This role will become a critical member of the project controls team, interfacing across all functions, to manage and update the project schedules on a regular and if required ad-hoc basis. This opportunity will suit an individual with experience in planning, who has an understanding of project controls processes, good numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail and desire to learn, intrinsic interest to learn new skills, systems, interest in new efficient ways to control projects and provide value to project team. Candidate Minimum 2 years experience planning experience Good organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases at same time Good analytical, numerical analysis and forecasting skills Ability to multi-task on a variety of projects to time and quality Proficient in the use of MS Project, Excel and PowerBi experience would be beneficial This is a hybrid role split between modern offices in Central London and remote working.
