With a secured pipeline of multi-rise residential and high-density new-build schemes , the business is strengthening its technical and design capability to support a more structured, coordinated and compliant delivery model. We're now looking for a Design Manager who can coordinate design information across complex multi-storey projects, ensuring clarity, buildability and compliance from pre-construction through delivery. You'll work closely with architects, engineers and specialist consultants, helping drive technical consistency and supporting the wider project team with accurate, timely information.
