A Multi skilled Operative vacancy has arisen within a housing association in the Manchester area. This is a permanent position offering £29,050 per annum + van + fuel card.
This position is working 8am - 4:30pm (Mon - Fri)

I would be interested in a Multi skilled Operative who has:
Experience working in the social housing sector
Experience carrying out Multi skilled work
A driving license
Relevent NQV in trade
The Multi skilled Operative position involves
Carrying out works on both tenanted and void properties
Experience carrying out Multi skilled jobs
Occasional saturday work (Rota basis)
Joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, basic tiling, paint and decorating.
