Role: Contracts Manager This is initially to replace a current contracts manager who is leaving the business in a few of months time. He has taken the decision to relocate overseas with his family and has provided this business with a lengthy notice for them to find a suitable replacement and conduct a thorough handover. This candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of circa 2-4 projects at various stages of their lifecycle and will be responsible from leading them from the start through contract negotiation/ tender through pre-construction to delivery, pc and handover. This business has specifically stated they want to employ someone who is ambitions and driven to progress and develop their career. Due to this company’s realistic and measured business plan they are looking to appoint a candidate who, after bedding into the company will be provided with a clear progression route into upper management in the future.
