I am currently recruiting a Site Manager to join our specialist client’s Remediation Division. This role is based in the Yorkshire Region... so ideally, I am looking to speak to candidates from the Leeds area.
The salary for this role ranges between £48,000 to £53,000 per annum.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of remediation projects (you could be asked to control a number of sites at any one time) and to ensure all works are completed within projected timescales, on budget and in accordance with current legislation and Rhodar Industrial Services standard operational procedures.
The site manager may be asked to work on sites nationwide that will include working away from home.
You MUST possess the below skills/ qualifications in order to be a successful applicant in this role…
* Previous experience of remediation project delivery and site management across a wide range of situations and sites
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Numerate, with commercial understanding
* Negotiation skills
* Computer literacy is essential (Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Project and Excel)
* Excellent knowledge of CDM 2015, CLR11 and The Health and Safety at Work Act (1974)
* Team Player
* Driving licence
* SMSTS certification
* Appropriate IOSH safety management qualifications
* First aid at work
* CSCS card holder
