Job Profile for Maintenance Operative - SW(phone number removed) Our client, a Main Contractor, based in Barking, are seeking a Maintenance Operative to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The Operative will be responsible for fixing defects and small maintenance jobs on projects across the London area. The work stream includes residential and commercial projects for; local authorities, private clients, educational bodies and heritage organisations to name just a few. The Maintenance Operative will be working with the Maintenance Manager fixing minor defects and small works on completed and ongoing projects across London. This will cover all manner of jobs and would suit a general 'handyman' type person. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, will be based local to Barking and hold a full driving licence. Candidates also need a valid CSCS card for the position, but this can be discussed if needed.
