Site Manager

My client is looking for a Site Manager to work on one of the largest infrastructure projects in the Midlands. This is a long-term project with 4-5 years worth of work. Responsibilities: ● Assisting with managing and administering the construction works in accordance with the contract. ● Assisting with ensuring that the construction programme is maintained. ● Checking compliance with the relevant Quality Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Inspection and Test Plans. ● Assisting with identifying all changes to the works and assist the Project Manager to ensure they are properly communicated including the issue of instructions to the contractor. ● Assisting with the recording of work carried out. ● Assisting with ensuring appropriate inspection, sampling and testing is carried out ● Carrying out regular Safety, Health and Environmental inspections and reporting all accidents, incidents and near-misses. ● Assist with monitoring the performance and operation of contractors. ● Assisting with the compilation of site records and providing feedback to the Site Manager. ● Producing detailed daily shift diary sheets Essential: ● SSSTS ● CSCS ● First Aid Certificate If you are interested in this opportunity please apply now or call Hannah on (phone number removed).
