This well-established refurbishment construction company work on a range of projects for a wide array of sectors including; pubs and restaurants, hotels, offices and housing associations. The company pride themselves on delivering a high quality service to all clients and have therefore developed long term business relationships. These relationships have continued to increase their workload and they are now looking to bring an ambitious Contracts Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be based from the main office but visit multiple sites across the region. These sites are prominently pub and restaurant refurbishments projects that require candidates to have reactive maintenance experience. You will responsible for managing planned and reactive maintenance project as well as ensuring the highest standards are upheld by engineers and subcontractors.

Managing multiple contracts
Working on a variety of projects
Financial costing and inspections
The Person:
Previous experience in a reactive maintenance role
Planned maintenance experience
Full UK Driving License
