Site Manager - Residential Contractor

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Site Managers for and existing project. Our Client, are a residential main contractor who specialise in the construction of medium sized developments in the West London region. They are part of a wider, larger organisation who operate as the client however also work for Housing Associations. The scheme is 22m in build cost with the facade and externals all being complete, the internal trades must be run through to completion next year in April 2023. They require a competent, experienced Site Manager to step in and take reigns of the on site Production teams, work closely with the design & commercial teams, and ensure that Health and Safety is the highest priority on the project. The scheme is located in Hounslow and near the tube station for easy access. This role is outside of IR35. The ideal candidate will have good experience working with residential contractor and having run schemes clearly up to circa 30m. They must be a likeable character and someone who sticks strongly to onsite Health & Safety
