You must have previous relevant subcontractor experience and be capable of multi tasking on different projects. This will range from early stage pre construction to final accounts, handover on sites. Our clients, a Tier 1 Construction services business employ over 1000 people across the UK with operations spanning the entire country. They seek an experienced, dynamic project surveyor who can come and join a successful team on the early stages of an exciting project. The project in question is a £40m new build healthcare centre based near Croydon. It has around 18 months left on the project so you will be starting at a good stage. They require a Project level Surveyor to work closely with the current senior surveyor, they will be required to deal with the pre con M&E packages and procurement. So must have knowledge of building services/technical packages and sub contractors. The candidate will be experienced with tier 1 contractors in the UK and ideally will come with some experience in Healthcare and Science projects. They are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years experience. This is a temp to perm opportunity and a fantastic chance to get involved with such a well thought of Tier 1 Business.
