You will be responsible for managing and leading project teams through relevant work stages, and producing documentation for statutory approval. You will be able to prepare and design proposals whilst evaluating and advising on environmental and regulatory issues. You will also be responsible for promoting working standards within the office whilst assisting In training junior members on design aspects. Additionally, you will evaluate and advise on refurbishments whilst ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance to the quality management, and attend regular meetings with clients and contractors to uphold all stages of project planning.
