Job Description

Our housing refurbishment and fit out client based in West Lothian is looking for a Commercial Manager who will continue to manage the whole commercial process from tender to settlement. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and/or energy efficiency and services in addition to experience working with various forms of Contracts and the ability to manage a large team. Duties will include: • Develop and monitor procedures for the collection of outstanding cash. • Continually monitor expenditure against invoices raised and cash received to meet • business plan objectives. • Liaise with counterparts to ensure continuity and uniformity of approach. • Assist with Turnover/Profit and cash flow forecasting. • Ensure identified individual development/training needs are met. • Ensure the learning and development of personnel through regular appraisals and reviews. Our client is open to those in a Senior Quantity Surveyor position looking for their next step up as well as existing Commercial Managers.
