M&E Project Manager

Red Rock is currently working with a privately owned Limited Company offering Mechanical and Electrical service since 1995. My client has provided a diverse portfolio of mechanical and electrical services within construction industry. We build, service, design and maintain across the whole life of many types of buildings and infrastructures, such as health care, schools, offices, retail units and leisure. Due to new contracts won we are looking for a project manager to run a long standing project within the Telford area. Main duties include: * Attend project meetings and produce reports. * Build relationships with clients/contractors as part of the team. * Attend meetings with designers, specialist contractors and internal teams * Review of designs to ensure compliance to specification * Managing all sub-contractors * Knowledge of market rates and have commercial input to the procurement team. * On site review and management of building services installation to ensure contract compliance. * Ensure health and safety policy is adhered during project duration Demand for this role will undoubtedly be high and interviews will be arranged very soon.
