Site Manager- Immingham- Commercial Builds

I am working with a Client based in the North Lincolnshire area, who offer a complete package of skills; commencing with budgeting, through to the design stages, construction and finally the completion and handover of a project. They run a wide variety of projects including office, industrial, education and bespoke and infrastructure projects. Experienced Construction Site Manager required, who will be responsible for on site management of the programme of works; together with employees and sub-contractors during the project. You will be required to have a good knowledge of building and construction, together with H&S requirements required to work on a site; good problem solving, organisation, verbal and written communication skills. Must hold valid SMSTS and First Aid Certificate. Excellent remuneration package commensurate with position and experience.
