Procurement Manager (Part Time)

Ref: DAT-HURL Location: Can be based anywhere in the UK. Client has regional offices in London, Liverpool, Manchester & South Coast. Hours: 20 hours per week, the client are entirely flexible on how these are split Contract: Ideally looking at a temp to perm but also willing to consider a straight permanent contract for the right person. Pay: Based on a salary of £30K p/a + car allowance and KPI related bonus – note this salary is based on the 20hrs and is not pro rata. Duties * This role is responsible for sourcing activities across the UK and Republic of Eire sites related to the contract. The sites within the region are a primarily commercial Offices. Working closely with the Procurement Director and the Account Director, you will develop and implement procurement strategies for the region. You will provide commercial and contractual expertise to the sourcing arena for the Facility Management team, including drafting of pre-qualification and tender documents, analysis of bids and preparation of recommendations and contracts that provide protection for both our clients * Design and implement sourcing strategies and procurement plans to support account, corporate and client strategies and objectives * Manages the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals * Ensure contractual agreements are in place for all critical service lines
