Vivo Recruit are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis for a well-established client based in Colchester; covering residential projects.
The daily tasks you will be responsible for as a Quantity Surveyor will include: costs plans and analysis, preparation of tender, financial control, and liaising with contracts management.
Skills and qualifications a Quantity Surveyor should have:
