Technical Manager - Role This role is best suited to a Technical Manager who will: * Oversee all technical matters including design and approvals * Be responsible for the control of the design process from planning application through to project completion * Lead design team meetings, as well as ensuring that queries are resolved in a timely manner * Provide technical advice on the feasibility of projects Technical Manager - Profile Technical Managers applying to this role must: * Be confident leading a team * Be able to work to a budget * Previously worked for a developer * Effectively prioritise work to ensure delays don't occur at any time during the project Technical Manager - Job Offer The successful Technical Manager will receive: * Competitive salary between £60k - £68k based on experience * Generous benefits package on offer * Flexible working on offer
