Job Description

Interaction recruitment Milton Keynes are looking for an experienced Project & Pre construction co-ordinator with suitable experience. This role would be suitable to someone who enjoys working on a variety of different projects to help deliver high standards on projects and tenders. This role requires a quick learner and an excellent team player. It is important that you can manage the timeline of each project and seek input where necassary. You will be creating documentation and tender packs using the companies systems and using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point to ensure accurate and comprehensive project and tender responses are submitted to meet deadlines. The role requires you to work 40 hours per week with half an hour lunch, Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30. However extra hours may be required when deadlines need to be met. Activities include- Monitor project progress and creating status reports Assisting the project manager on various tasks and projects Assisting the project manager progressing the projects with daily tasks, administration, budgets, schedules and programmes. Data managementfor the project controls Ensuring that all documentation is in place, tracked, updated and saved. Team and client interaction Managing the timeline of each project Sourcing 3rd party pricing for projects Building strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships so you can win opportunities Turning ideas into somethingdeliverable Coordinating the smooth handover from winning the bid to the delivery teams, ensuring they know everything for a sucessful start. Completing cost models and tender submissions. Requirements- Excellent team player Experienced in raising quotations, project coordination and calculating margins Ability to work on your own, with excellent organisational and project management skills A natural multi tasker and the ability to track and manage multiple projects Can build strong relationships with team members An understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 and quality management systems Strong literacy skills with the ability to write clearly and effectively Common sense Live in or close to Milton Keynes/ Newport Pagnell area Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
