Job Description

Location: Redhill Contract Type: Freelance Start Date: ASAP Rate: £220 - £240 Randstad Contact: Louisa Ratcliffe (Maidstone branch) The Project: Construction of steel frame industrial units with sheet cladding and associated external works The Vacancy: Internals Manager who will oversee all internal trades in the final stages of the project and seeing it through to handover Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Monitoring subcontractor progress against programme. Health & Safety Sequencing works Writing reports, maintaining diaries and records Attending site meetings which will include pre-start with client & contractors, weekly Snagging & de - Snagging Coordination of site activities including subcontractors, labour and logistics. Working closely with Internal Trades Providing regular progress updates and holding regular project reviews the visiting Contracts Manager The ideal applicant: 5 years+ experience in a similar role Good eye for detail Be able to interpret construction drawings and designs Strong man-management skills Excellent organisational skills Good level of IT literacy SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
