Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to be based in Liverpool. This role is working for a large national property consultancy who specialise in delivering large scale new build and maintenance projects in the education sector. Applicants must have experience of Project Managing jobs up to the value of £10 million and experience of being involved in the whole design and contract admin process.
