Quantity Surveyor - Drylining

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying with dry lining experience being desired. The right candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor that comes from a construction background, with relevant experience in the residential industry. You will be capable of undertaking a wide range of pre and post contract duties including pricing, schedules, and all relevant tender documentation. You will be asked to measure yourselves and must be proficient in measuring and pricing. It would be advantageous if you have construction knowledge of dry lining and plastering. The Role: • Working on predominantly on residential projects - dry lining and plastering • Responsible for wide range of pre and post contract duties including pricing, schedules, and all relevant tender documentation • Be a part of a close-knit team where your contribution won't go unnoticed • Will have a balance of pricing up office work and going onto site The Person: • Degree in Quantity Surveying (desired not essential) or good experience with a solid construction background • Excellent Organisational skills and time management • Good residential construction knowledge would be advantageous • Desired - Experience in using Bluebeam software for measuring PDS (or any other software) • Full & Clean Driving License
