Senior Quantity Surveyor

A new client to Sphere, are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with immediate effect. Your new company are a large national Main Contractor, who specialise in new build Industrial, Commercial, Distribution and Retail schemes across the UK. As a business they turnover around £400M and recently became one of the largest employee owned Construction business in the UK. The end product of this development will be circa £80M Distribution Centre, based in Avonmouth. Previous examples of work history with other Tier 1 organisations, would be of benefit. As well as a proven track record across schemes of a similar size and sector.
