Job Description
A leading Façade contractor, with multi-million euro projects across the Greater Dublin region are seeking an experienced Project Manager to ensure flow of product and materials to site, manage project programme to package timeframe, oversee Health & Safety documentation and standards, plus cost control of projects, worth in the region of 5-20+ million.
The Project Manager:
* Minimum 3 years' experience with the Glazed Façades industry, ideally in Ireland or the U.K.
* Degree in engineering, construction or similar is highly desirable, or time-served in the industry a major plus
* Must have excellent IT skills across Microsoft office, in particular Microsoft office
* Ability to communicate with project stakeholders such as Installation Crews, Architects, company Design, Project and Production teams, plus Senior Management
* Experience overseeing preconstruction stages, design coordination, and coordination of production with project installation slots
