Main Responsibilities
* Ensure cost control is maintained throughout all functions (procurement, delivery, design)

Requirements
To be successful all applicants must have worked for a specialist façade / building envelope subcontractor in the UK. My client will only consider candidates that have a proven background in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management in the building envelope industry who have worked for a rival contractor. You’ll be responsible for commercially delivering on projects which could range £10m to £70m in value, working for a variety of blue-chip building contractors such as Skanska, Lendlease and Mace. Depending on the size of the scheme, you may have an Assistant QS to support with day to day task but ultimately you’ll full support from your Senior Commercial Teams. The successful applicant will show proven experience with a Façade contractor.
Salary/ Benefits
Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case by case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within £70k to £90k. All reasonable travel expenses will be included and you will receive a company works package.

Are you a Facades Quantity Surveyor that wants to work for the biggest name in the field? Our client specialises in design, engineering, manufacturing and installation of bespoke curtain wall and façade systems, who undertake projects worldwide with a group company turnover circa £1bn. This company have completed projects to many iconic landmarks and have built a solid reputation for featuring on the most prestigious and complex construction schemes.
Requirements
To be successful all applicants must have worked for a specialist façade / building envelope subcontractor in the UK. My client will only consider candidates that have a proven background in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management in the building envelope industry who have worked for a rival contractor. You’ll be responsible for commercially delivering on projects which could range £10m to £70m in value, working for a variety of blue-chip building contractors such as Skanska, Lendlease and Mace. Depending on the size of the scheme, you may have an Assistant QS to support with day to day task but ultimately you’ll full support from your Senior Commercial Teams. The successful applicant will show proven experience with a Façade contractor.
Salary/ Benefits
Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case by case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within £70k to £90k. All reasonable travel expenses will be included and you will receive a company works package.
