Building Surveyor

We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the management of a range of refurbishment contracts, overseeing the delivery of a range of planned works. Performance management of contractors to ensure that KPI's are being hit, and work is done with underperforming contractors to ensure improved performance. Writing specifications for works to be undertaken to ensure that best value is achieved. Undertake detailed surveys to assess condition of properties and that works are undertaken in line with required quality standards. Involvement in the procurement of new contracts including tendering of works. Ensuring works are undertaken in line with H&S requirements and CDM-C Candidates should have experience of working as a Building Surveyor and overseeing contractors to deliver works, should have an HNC in a Building-related discipline or have equivalent experience.
