Training Manager

Apex Search & Selection have partnered with one of Europe's leading manufacturers of Heating & Renewable Systems. In line with the governments pledge to move to the UK to Net-Zero and to have 600,000 Heat Pumps Installed on an annual basis, the company are looking to bring on board several experienced trainers to help qualify and develop the next generation of MCS installers. You will be based at home but also travel and work nationally to deliver e-learning course and proving in person practical training on Heating & Renewable Systems. You will have come form a service / installation background or have worked in an academic setting such all buildings colleges and Universities. BPEC assessor qualifications (or equivalent) would be highly beneficial. Location is not important as the company have various sites across the UK and you will be in a mobile role.
