Architectural Technician / Technologist

We are currently representing a well-established Architectural practice based in South London that are actively looking for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to develop their career within a talented, growing team. This practice specialise within Private Residential and Commercial developments so the successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will be involved with several developments including conversions, extensions and refurbishments. It is essential that the Architectural Technician / Technologist has a minimum of 3 years post qualification, professional experience within a similar position. Key responsibilities include working closely with Architects and other building professionals, prepare and present design proposals, liaise with construction professionals as well as produce, analyse and advise on detailed specifications and construction packages. This practice use AutoCAD on a daily basis so it is essential that the Architectural Technician / Technologist is proficient with this software.
