They have experienced impressive growth over the past few years and have exciting plans to double up turnover next year! As a result they require an additional Commercial Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take full commercial control of a £5m conversion and extension project of an existing hotel into 21 luxury apartments for one of their developer clients. Once completed you will work on similar projects in the area. This role would ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor from a Contractor background who has experience working with JCT contracts and is looking to progress their career within a forward thinking company.
