Property Clearance Operative Banbury £21,879 - £23,031 per year 40 Hours per week We are looking for a Property Clearance Operative, also known as an Estate Technician internally, to join our Estate Services team who are based in Banbury. You will work as part of the void clearance team, where duties will include but not exclusive of property clearance, garden works, bulk/fly tipping removal, needle sweeping and gutter cleans. The ideal candidate will be someone who is hardworking and has a keen eye for detail. This role will include a company van (not for personal use) and power tools and training will be provided as and when required. The role of Property Clearance Operative will include: Carrying out ground maintenance duties on a daily basis Clearing void property's which could involve needle sweeps as well as removal of fly tipping, gutter cleaning and garden works General cleaning and clearing of void properties and communal areas when required Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work Skills and experiences: Working knowledge and experience of undertaking grounds maintenance, caretaking, general cleaning and basic repairs duties Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records Working knowledge of health and safety regulations Some practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery This role will involve driving on company business.
