Senior Architectural Technologist

A medium sized practice, specialising in the prime residential and luxury architectural sector has a vacancy for a Senior Architectural Technologist. Reporting to a Project Architect and Partners, you will be responsible for the production of BIM models and generating technical details. The ideal candidate will have worked on luxury projects, ideally in the residential or retail sectors. Additional duties include taking responsibility for BIM management and BIM execution plans, document control and drafting NBS specifications. You will also require a strong understanding of the UK building and CDM regulations. The practice uses ArchiCad and a working knowledge of this package is required.
