Job Description

Service Co-ordinator As a Service coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in helping to deliver the mission and achieve the strategic goals by providing essential clerical and administrative support to our business, they will also coordinate and implement office procedures and take ownership of specific projects. This crucial and varied role will add value across all parts of our business. The Role: * As a Service coordinator you will schedule service or remedial works with the customer by ensuring the engineers have enough information to carry out the job successfully. * Order parts where needed and raise purchase orders. * Ensuring all sufficient paperwork are completed, ie. RAMS, HS460’s and permits are raised. * Adherence to relevant health & safety procedures. * To work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end service delivery, maintaining productive and positive working relationships with colleagues and counterparts in other departments. * To ensure continuing professional development by taking ownership of own learning and that of the department, taking active steps to identify and undertake training and vocational opportunities. You: * Experienced in a previous scheduling remedial role in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent time-management skills, able to effectively deal with a varied workload with multiple and conflicting priorities to meet challenging deadlines. * Experience working with a multitude of computer programmes such as Microsoft Office and database programmes. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Familiar with RAMS & HS460 and other likewise procedures
