Senior Caretaker

Senior Caretaker Salary: £26,000 Hours: 37.5 hours (fulltime) Main Purpose: To assist in the day to day maintenance and security of the site to include the School and Sports hall. Candidates must have: * Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety procedures * Extensive experience of working in a site security or maintenance environment * Competent in the operation of cleaning equipment, power and hand tools * Understanding of site services, their location and isolation points * Able to deal with breakdowns, faults and repairs - identification and calling out of appropriate contractor The successful candidates will be able to work in a flexible manner and work on a shift rota basis.
