Associate Director Quantity Surveyor

Associate Quantity Surveyor Birmingham £70k - £90k Depending on experience Large industrial scheme This will be a site-based role and you will be part of a team delivering a large £100m+ industrial scheme that’s due to be at post contract stage in June. This project is due to finish by 2024 so if you enjoy working on iconic technical developments from start to finish then this would be worth looking into. The story behind the project is that it will act as a link to a large £700m industrial/manufacture scheme currently being developed up North – the facility in Birmingham will be a hub and a test centre for the south of the UK. My client is looking for the right individual to lead this scheme with support and oversight from above – they are looking for someone that wants to be a part of a long-term plan with the business so there will be a conversation around progression, future pipeline, and rewards through the cycle of the project.
