Compliance Supervisor Wellingborough Permanent £43,000 + Car Allowance DK Recruitment are looking for an Asset Compliance Supervisor to join their client who is a provider of affordable housing and support services in the East Midlands. About the role Our client currently has a position available for an experienced Asset Compliance professional to join their team based in Wellingborough. As an Asset Compliance Supervisor you’ll be responsible for the strategic direction of the service and delivery of corporate objectives. Main role responsibilities: ● Supporting the Compliance Manager to ensure delivery of customer focused services, maximising opportunities to achieve improved VFM and high levels of customer satisfaction. ● You’ll ensure the organisation is compliant with housing related legislation and regulatory requirements, including gas and electrical safety, asbestos management, fire risk assessments, water and lift safety and Construction Design Management regulations. ● You’ll provide expert advice and guidance on asset compliance-related issues and regulatory and legal requirements. ● You’ll continually build your capability and knowledge within Asset Compliance to identify risks, trends and opportunities to develop the service. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: ● Experience of managing a team across several disciplines ● Educated to degree level or equivalent industry experience. ● You’ll be a member of a relevant professional body and/or hold an appropriate qualification in construction or property management, Health and Safety or demonstrable working experience. ● Strong knowledge of the legal, regulatory and best practice framework related to asset property compliance functions. ● Strong systems and data management knowledge ● Experience of overseeing and managing contractors/ contracts for core risk areas for property compliance.
